To register, please follow these steps:

Fill out the form to the left and hit Send.

Click on the link for the Temporary Food Permit and fill out the form. I filled out most of the application for you. The permit is required for all participants. Since this is a fundraiser, ALL FEES ARE WAIVED. Turn in the permit by mailing to 165 Aspen Terrace, Mammoth Lakes, CA 93546, or email to kelplum@gmail.com, or call 760.914.3219 and we can meet up. You must turn this in 2 WEEKS PRIOR to the event per Mono County regulations.
